Refund & Cancellation Policy

I want booking to feel fair and low-pressure. Here is how rescheduling, cancellations and refunds work for sessions booked through jaindisha.in.

Rescheduling

Life happens. You can reschedule a session once, up to 24 hours before its start time, at no charge and subject to availability.

Cancellations and refunds

• More than 24 hours before your session: full refund, or reschedule, whichever you prefer.
• Within 24 hours, or a no-show: 50% of the booking amount is refunded; the remaining 50% is retained, as the slot was held for you.

Multi-session packages

Multi-session packages (for example the 3-session series) follow the same policy. Unused sessions are refunded on a pro-rata basis, less any sessions already completed, and the 24-hour or no-show rule above applies to the next scheduled session.

If I need to cancel

If I ever have to cancel or move a session, you will always be offered a reschedule or a full refund, your choice.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay, and usually reach you within 5 to 7 business days.
